Public Notice- Boone County Sheriff’s Office
The Boone County Sheriff’s Merit Board shall conduct a public hearing regarding disciplinary action commenced by Sheriff Michael Nielsen against Deputy Tobias Shepherd.
A Public Hearing will be held on September 2nd at 9am at the Farm Bureau Community Building, 1300 East 100 South, Lebanon, IN.
At the conclusion of the disciplinary hearing, the Board shall adjourn and go into Executive Session. At the conclusion of the Executive Session, the Board shall re-open the public hearing.
